1. I see the keyboard, but don't see a place to
type the e-mail. Where do I type the e-mail?
If you don't see a place to type, then you will need
to download a java plug in onto your computer. This
will only take a few minutes to install and it's free.
Most computers have this installed by default.

2. My account is not active. I did not get the
activation link.
Most likely the alternative e-mail address you gave
us was wrong. You will need to create another account
with a valid alternative e-mail address where we could
send you the account activation link.
3. How can I check my Inbox?
You could only SEND e-mails using this service. All
replies to your mails will be forwarded to your alternative
email Address. We are looking forward to giving all
the members an INBOX in the near future when more
network resources become available to Kapruka.
4. Does the recipient need Sinhala fonts to read
these emails?
Certainly not. Your e-mail goes out as a JPEG image,
so the recipient does NOT need anything special to
read them. That's what makes this service unique and
effective. If you don't see your question here, Send
us a quick note and we will reply within 12 hours.
5. Can I type English words within my Sinhala
e-mails?
Yes. Press the "Switch to English" button
your s-mail composer screen to switch between Sinhala
and English. However, we have disabled capital English
letters to discourage users from typing the whole
e-mail in English.
